Isadora Lanier

Isadora Lanier is an award-winning, multicultural marketing expert with more than 15 years of experience in the strategic development and execution of consumer and B-to-B marketing initiatives focusing on the African-American and Latinx consumer segments. Isadora has a proven track-record of success in industries such as travel and tourism, haircare, utilities, non-profits, healthcare, government and more. A forward-thinking, brand strategist, Isadora’s foundation in research, data and analytics make her an insightful and solution-oriented marketer with a laser-sharp focus on KPIs, ROI, and demonstrating value.

Isadora has successfully utilized influencer strategies, both expected and unexpected, to promote healthcare, travel and tourism, joining a bone marrow registry, beauty products, and more. Vigilant of the “Bottom Line,” Isadora ensures that any marketing initiatives are on strategy, on brand, and result in a positive ROI.

Isadora is also the CEO/President of Metrics Marketing, a full-service marketing consultancy focusing on brands that want to develop relationships with the Black consumer.

A native New Yorker, Isadora is an honors graduate of Spelman College and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia. She is the proud mother of Summer, Brad and Courtney and “Bonus Mom” to Tiana, Tori, Taylor and Teryn.
